At least five people were killed when a covered van collided head on with a passenger bus in Chittagong early Saturday.The incident took place on Dhaka-Chittagong highway at Borotakaria area of Mirsharai Upazila in the district at 5.30am.Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
