Salaries of the president, prime minster, speaker, chief Justice, ministers and lawmakers hiked nearly doubled.The cabinet has approved a proposal to increase the pay scale in its regular meeting on Monday afternoon.According to the new proposal, the salary of the president has been increased to Tk120,000, prime minister Tk115,000, speaker Tk112,000, chief justice Tk110,000, ministers Tk105,000, state ministers Tk92,000, members of parliament Tk55,500.
