An activist of Juba League was killed and two others were injured in an attack by his rival group at Chauddagram Upazila in Comilla on Friday at 9.30pm. The deceased is Rana, 35, son of Shahid Ullah, of Gunishkora village of the upazila.Confirming the matter, Abul Foysal, Officer-in-charge of Chauddagram Police Station, said, Rana’s body has been brought to Chauddagram Police Station.The tense situation was prevailing on the spot. Additional police were deployed to control untoward situation.
