Two pedestrians were run over by a speeding microbus at Banani in the capital on Saturday afternoon.
Wahiduzzaman, officer-in-charge of Banani Police Station said a Banani-bound microbus from Gulshan ran Romen Danga, 43, and Kohinur Alam, 35, over at Kamal Ataturk Avenue in Banani at 12:10pm, leaving the duo died on the spot.
Later, police rushed in and recovered the body.
