The three female halls of Chittagong University (CU) were raided and seized huge amount of ‘jihadi’ books.A three team of police in presence of proctor and respective hall provosts raided the university’s Pritilata, Shamsunnahar, and Khaleda Zia halls and recovered those books from 7:30pm to 10pm on Wednesday.Pritilata’s no. 112 room was sealed and two mobiles were sized. No one detained in this connection.Confirming the matter, University’s proctor Ali Azgor Ali told Jagonews24com that, some ‘jihadi’ books were seized during the raid.
