State Minister for Posts and Telecommunication Tarana Halim on Tuesday said mobile phone operator Citycell is to shut within seven days as government has already cancelled its license.
The government will start process to shut down country`s oldest mobile phone operator Citycell from tomorrow as it has failed to pay the dues around Tk 477.51 crore.
The junior minister made the announcement at a press conference held at her ministry office this afternoon.
