The Bangla Academy Literary Award 2024 has been suspended two days after the announcement.
Cultural Affairs Adviser Mostofa Sarwar Farooki disclosed this information in a Facebook post on Saturday, January 25.
Earlier on Thursday, the names of the winners of Bangla Academy Literary Award 2024 were announced.
In a notice, the academy had said its executive council approved the list of recipients as per decision taken by the award committee.
