An allegedly drug dealer was killed in a ‘gunfight’ with Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) at Kodomtali area in city on early morning of Friday.
The identity of the deceased could not be known yet.
According to a mobile SMS to journalists sent by the elite force, the gunfight took place in front of WASA building at Kodomtali around 4am on Friday.
Rab also recovered one foreign-made pistol, one round of bullets, 510 pieces of yaba tablets and 24 ample pethidine from the spot.
