Freedom fighter Badiul Alam, founding member of the Dhaka Reporters Unity and former general secretary of the Economic Reporters Forum, has passed away.
He died at his Moghbazar home in Dhaka on Sunday afternoon.
His namaz-e-janaza will be held at DRU premises at 7:00pm.
DRU president Syed Shukur Ali Shuva and general secretary Mahi Uddin expressed shock at his demise.
