Md Monjur Hossain, the senior secretary of Bridges Division, has been made an Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
The Public Administration Ministry issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday (September 18).
His reassignment comes amid a significant reshuffle in the administration, which has seen the cancellation of many top officials' contractual appointments and the removal of others.
