A complaint has been filed with the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) against 10 individuals, including former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, on charges of murder, massacre, torture, and other crimes against humanity during the recent student movement that took place from July 15 to August 5.
Advocate Gazi MH Tamim submitted the complaint to the chief coordinator of the ICT investigation agency at its head office in Dhanmondi on Wednesday (August 14).
The application was filed on behalf of Bulbul Kabir, the father of Arif Ahmed Siam, a Class IX student from Savar.
Advocate Tamim confirmed that the complaint seeks to hold the Bangladesh Awami League, Awami Juba League, and Chhatra League responsible for the alleged crimes.
