The Supreme Court administration has announced the closure of all courts across the country from Monday (July 5) for an indefinite period amid the violence centring the non-cooperation movement by the Anti-Discrimination Students' Movement.
However, if the Chief Justice considers it necessary, he can set up a bench of the High Court anywhere, Md Saifur Rahman, registrar of the Appellate Division of the SC, told the media.
Notifications were issued in this regard and these are available on the website of the Supreme Court.
