Curfew to end in 7 days, hopes Salman

Salman F Rahman, the private industry and investment adviser to the Prime Minister, on Sunday hoped that the ongoing curfew will be withdrawn within next seven days.

He expressed his hope to Jago News after a view exchange with the businessmen at Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) at Agargaon in Dhaka.

“Curfew is being relaxed everyday. In Sha Allah, it will end within next seven days,” he said.

Mentioning that business of the country suffered huge losses due to the widespread violence centring the quota reform protests, Salman said he asked the people concerned to inform in written the amount of losses.

Stating the business leaders at the meeting came up with several problems they were facing during the violence and the subsequent curfew, he said they will sit with those concerned to address the issues.
