The admission process of the first year honours courses for the academic session 2015-2016 at Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia began on Sunday and will continue till October 15, registrar office sources said.Registrar of the University SM Abdul Latif said the admission seekers will have to register for the test by sending SMS through any number of "Teletalk" mobile phone.This year, the test will be held in eight units for 25 departments like previous years. Eligibility for participating in the admission test and other preconditions will also remain unchanged, he added.Details of the admission test, registration procedure, fee, eligibility are available on the university website www.iu.ac.bd and detailed circular will be published in different newspapers soon.IU will enroll 1,695 students under its five faculties for the academic session 2015-2016. The admission tests will be held from November 15 to 19.
