The fire that broke out at Bangladesh Shishu Hospital and Institute, Dhaka has been brought under control.
Five units of firefighters brought the fire under control around 2:28 pm, said Lima Khanam, control room duty officer at Fire Service and Civil Defence.
Earlier around 1:47 pm, the fire was reported in the Cardiac Department, she said.
However, the official could not say anything about the causes of the fire and the casualties in the incident.
