The Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University (JKKNIU) authorities have suspended a teacher and expelled another over the allegation of sexually harassing a female student.
Of them, Professor Razuan Ahmed Shuvro, head of the Human Resource Management Department, was suspended while Sajun Saha, assistant professor of the same dept, was expelled.
The 84th special syndicate meeting of the university decided this, Proctor Shanjay Kumar Mukharjee said on Thursday afternoon.
