A RAJUK mobile court on Thursday stopped setting up of Sunnydale school’s branch at House No. 54 in Road No. 6/A and cut off gas and power lines to the building.
Earth House, another school in an adjacent building on the same plot, was given 15 days to relocate.
The capital’s development agency then bulldozed three shops that were operating without permission at Road No. 7/A and 6/A.
The mobile court also stopped work to set up South Breeze school’s branch at House No. 74 in Road No. 6/A and cut off the gas and power supply lines to the building.
The mobile court faced ‘some problem’ while evicting Poshak Fashion at the House No. 80 in the same road as its owner’s daughter stood in front of the bulldozer to protest the eviction.
The law enforcers removed her later and the bulldozer tore down the front part of the fashion house.
A security guard of the building has been detained for obstructing the drive.
The mobile court evicted a car showroom set up illegally in front of the House No. 82 at Road No. 7/A.
