Public transport owners have decided to operate buses in Dhaka city, suburbs, and inter-district routes during Sunday's hartal called by BNP.
Dhaka Road Transport Owners' Association said this in a press release on Saturday evening.
The decision was taken after a discussion with the association's higher officials, transport companies in Dhaka, transport owners and workers, according to the release.
Earlier this afternoon, BNP announced a dawn-to-dusk hartal across the country on Sunday.
It was learned that BNP called the countrywide hartal protesting the attack on its peaceful rally at Nayapaltan by police and Awami League today.
