Terming Awami League (AL) father of terror, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said the ruling party made Bangladesh a terror state.
"You (Awami League) are the father of terror," he said, adding, "You want to hold power by making the state system a reign of terror entirely."
Mirza Fakhrul made the remarks in a seminar at Dhaka Reporters Unity in Dhaka on Friday afternoon following the Prime Minister's statement 'BNP is a terror party.'
About elections, he said the country's people and all the political parties got united and are saying polls under this government will never be fair.
Alleging AL has been looting for the last 15 years and people suffer for it, the BNP secretary general said there is no alternative to ousting the current government to get rid of the crisis.
