Bizli Cables gives financial support to electrician family

Bizli Cables, the country’s leading business conglomerate RFL Group’s cable brand, provided financial assistance worth Tk 1 lakh to an electrician’s family who died after being electrocuted.

RN Paul, Managing Director of RFL Group, handed over the cheque to Saleha Akhter, mother of deceased Afzal Bhuyan at a program held recently at Madhabpur in Habiganj.

Afzal Bhuiyan from Madhabpur Upazila in Habiganj was a registered electrician of Bizli Cables. He died in March this year after being electrocuted while discharging professional duties.

Mohit Chakraborty, Head of Marketing at Bizli Cables, said, “We have 35,000 registered electricians across the country. We provide them training for skill development apart from financial support. As a part of the support, we handed over tk one lakh to the family of Afzal Bhuiyan.”

Atikur Rahman, Assistant General Manager (sales) of Bizli Cables, Mir Hossain and Tanvir Hossain, Senior Manager (Operation) and leaders of local committee of electrician association, among others, were present.
