This year around 1,83,578 students obtained GPA-5 in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations.
The number is about 86,024 less than that of the last year when some 2,69,602 examinees achieved GPA-5.
According to the results published on Friday, 98,614 female and 84,964 male students are among the GPA-5 holders.
This year around 80.39 percent of students passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations.
