Shwapno, the country’s leading retail chain brand, has come up with relief for the buyers hit hard by commodity price hikes offering special discounts on potatoes, onions, and green chilli. At a time when the prices of commodities are rising in the market, Shwapno has announced to sell the three items at special discounts for two days (July 15 and 16) for the customers of Dhaka, Comilla, Sylhet and Chittagong metro.
Potatoes will be sold at Tk 43 per kg (which is around Tk 45-48 per kg in the market), local onion at Tk 68 per kg (which is Tk 70-75 per kg in the market), green chilli at Tk 290 per kg (which is being sold at Tk 320-330 per kg in the market) at all Shwapno’s outlets in Dhaka and Comilla.
On the other hand, potatoes will be sold at Tk 42 per kg (which is Tk 44-45 per kg in the market), onion imported at special discount at Tk 52 per kg (which is Tk 55-56 per kg in the market), in Chattogram’s Metro outlets.
Finally, there will be offers for Shawpno’s customers of Sylhet metro. Potatoes will be sold at Tk 40 per kg (which is Tk 42-43 per kg in the market), onion imported at a special discount of Tk 46 per kg (which is being sold at Tk 48-50 per kg in the market).
The offer will continue till there is available stock.
