Senior BNP leader and standing committee member Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain was admitted to a hospital in Dhaka with chest pain in the wee hours of Saturday.
He complained of chest pain and was taken to Evercare Hospital around 3am, said BNP media cell member Sayrul Kabir Khan.
He has been kept at the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) of the hospital.
