The High Court on Thursday stayed the order of the Chittagong Labour Court 1 suspending the election to a faction of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists for three months.The verdict paved the way for holding the election to be held on Friday.A bench of Justice Obaidul Hasan and Justice Krishna Devnath passed the order responding to a petition filed by the BFUJ election conducting committee chairman Abu Taher Bhuiyan.
