Two people were killed as a truck rammed a motorcycle in Jhikargachha upazila of Jashore on Saturday afternoon.
The deceased were identified as Jewel Rana, 22, son of Hasan Ali, and Ridoy Hossain, 19, son of Shaheb Ali, residents of Narayanpur Natunpara village under Benapole Port Police Station.
Quoting locals, Navaron Highway Police Station officer in-charge Abdullah Al Mamun said a truck hit a motorcycle in front of Nabinagar Molla Filling Station, leaving its two riders dead on the spot.
