Three people were killed in a road accident in Ramu upazila of Cox's Bazar on Friday morning.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
Ramu Tula Bagan Highway Police Station officer in-charge Mezbah Uddin said an unidentified vehicle hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Madhya Khuniapalong area around 6:45 am, leaving its driver and two passengers dead on the spot.
Police were trying to know the identities of the deceased and identify the killer vehicle, he added.
