A court in Dhaka on Monday issued arrest warrant against nine BNP leaders including its Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi in a sabotage case.Judge of Dhaka Metropolitan Session Judge’s Court Kamrul Hosen Molla passed the order after accepting the charges against 16 accused including nine.Of them, BNP’s standing committee member Barrister Rafiqul Islam Miah and seven others are now on bail.BNP leaders including Shimul Biswas, Maruf Kamal Khan Sohel and former lawmaker Syeda Ashrafi are among the accused in the case.It is mentionable that, Jatrabari police filed two cases accusing BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami leaders of torching and explosion during the countrywide blockade sponsored by the alliance in 2015.
