The government has reappointed Dr Abul Bashar Mohammad Khurshid Alam director general of the Directorate General of Health Services.
He was reappointed for another two years on a contractual basis, according to a Public Administration Ministry notification issued on Tuesday.
Earlier on July 23, 2020, Khurshid Alam, former professor at Surgery of Dhaka Medical College Hospital, was made chief of DGHS.
