The four-day annual conference of the deputy commissioners of districts begins in Dhaka on Tuesday.Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the conference at Shapla Hall of Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) at about 10:00am, said Cabinet Secretary Muhammad Musharraf Hossain Bhuiyan at a press conference at the Bangladesh Secretariat on Sunday.The Prime Minister is expected to give directives to the DCs about the implementation of various government decisions, policies and programmes.The DCs have submitted a total of 336 proposals for discussion at different sessions in the conference.Of those, 27 are land and public administration related proposals.
