Bangladesh set 128-run target for Pakistan

Bangladesh set a target of 128-run for Pakistan in their final game of the group 2 in Twenty20 World Cup at Adelaide Oval on Sunday.

Tigers scored 127 in 20 overs losing 8 wickets.

The winner of the match will get the ticket of the semifinal straightway. The opportunity came for both of the teams after South Africa’s shocking 13-run defeat to Netherlands in the earlier game of this venue today.

In the crucial game, Bangladesh brought up three changes with Soumya Sarkar, Nasum Ahmed and Ebadot Hossain replacing Shoriful Islam, Yasir Ali Chowdhury and Hasan Mahmud.

Pakistan however remained unchanged. Pakistan captain Babar Azam said his side will take the confidence from the game against South Africa which they won comfortably after a shocking defeat to Zimbabwe.
