When produced in the court, he was sent to jail.
On August 26, 2020, investigation officer of the case ACC Deputy Director Nasir Uddin filed the charge-sheet against Bazlur Rashid at the Dhaka Special Judge’s Court.
According to the charge-sheet, Bazlur Rashid bought a 2981 sq ft apartment of under construction ‘Sapna Niloy’ project of ‘Rupayan Housing Estate’ at 55/1 (old) - 56/57 (new) on Siddhiswari Road in Dhaka.
