A court of Kishoreganj on Wednesday rejected bail petitions of five suspects who were arrested for their alleged involvement in Sholakia blast in Kishoreganj where at least four were killed just before the Eid prayers on July 7.Chief Judicial Magistrate Judge Abdus Salam Khan discarded the bail pleas of five suspects after their lawyers sought bails on behalf of them in the noon.Earlier, police detained Sohel Mia, Mamunur Rashid Mamun, Ariful Islam Hasib, Md Ahsan Ullah and Tara Mia in allegation for their involvement in Sholakia blast.On July 7, in the Eidday, militants carried out an attack near Sholakia Eidgah, country’s largest Eid congregation, where At least four people, including a woman and two policemen, were killed in the blast also left 13 others injured, including seven policemen.
