Three people were killed and at least eight injured in a collision among four vehicles in Bijaynagar upazila of Brahmanbaria district on Tuesday afternoon.
Identities of the deceased could not be known primarily.
A bus of 'Modern Paribahan', a CNG-run auto-rickshaw, a pickup van and a covered van collided on the Dhaka-Sylhet Highway in Birpasha area under Budhanti union around 5:30 pm, leaving three dead on the spot and eight others injured.
Habiganj's Madhabpur fire official Munutosh Mollick confirmed the incident to Jago News.
