A man was hacked to death by miscreants over previous enmity at Mathavanga bridge area on Narail-Kalia road in Sadar upazila of Narail district on Monday noon.The victim was identified as Mofhi Sheikh, 35, son of Motaleb Sheikh of Vabhanipur village.Family sources said a group of miscreants hacked Mofhi indiscriminately with sharp weapons at Mathavanga Bridge area when he was on his way to home with his motorcycle around 2pm, leaving him critically injured.Later, local rescued him and sent him to Sadar General Hospital where on-duty doctor declared Mofhi dead.Officer-in-Charge of Sadar Police Subash Biswas confirmed the incident.
