A book distribution and scholarship giving ceremony of Isaac Memorial Trust has been held at Kachua village in Sakhipur upazila of Tangail.
Twenty students were given books and cash money in the programme.
Selim Al Deen Library organized the programme on Friday afternoon.
The library founder, journalist and columnist Dr Harun Rashid presided over the programme while Barrister Miti Sanjana was present as the Chief Guest.
Supreme Court lawyer Barrister Omor H Khan, Sakhipur Press Club President Iqbal Gafur, former Vice President of Sakhipur Upazila Awami League Atikur Rahman Dulal, freedom fighter A Halim Master, Press Club General Secretary Sajjat Latif, Joint Secretaries Saiful Islam Sani, Juwel Rana, school teacher Maen Uddin and Kachua online Editor Sohel Rajat were present among others in the programme.
