Amid growing concern over target killing and terrorist attacks across the country police recovered the slaughtered body of an Imam from Krisnorampur village in Sadar upazila of Noakhali district in the early hours of Friday.Officer-in charge of Sadar Police Station Anowar Hossain said, being informed from locals police reached in the area and found the slaughtered dead body of Jahirul Haque Jaikr, 50, Imam of Krisnorampur Mosque, in the pond of blood around 12am.Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Noakhali Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
