The number of Corona infected people is increasing in the country alarmingly. Strict restrictions will be enforced by one or two days as per the proposal of the National Technical Advisory Committee on Covid-19.
The Health Minister Zahid Malaque said this at winter cloth distribution programme at Garpara Shuvro Centre in Manikganj on Saturday noon.
The minister said the number of Corona infected people is 400 percent higher than before but the situation is not created yet to close the education institutions. The decision will be taken if the infections rate is increasing excessively.
Manikganj Additional Superintendent of Police Hafijur Rahman, Executive Magistrate Shah Md Jobayer, Manikganj Sadar Upazila Awami League (AL) General Secretary Afsar Uddin Sarker and Saturia Upazila AL General Secretary Afaj Uddin were present among others during this time.
