A probe report has been submitted accusing four staffs of Health Education Division over missing of the 17 files of the Health Ministry.
Besides, the four staffs have also been suspended.
Md. Nur Ali, Secretary of Health Education Division, confirmed the matter to Jago News on Tuesday but he didn’t disclosed the names of the people.
Earlier on October 28, Deputy Secretary of the ministry Nadira Haider filed a general diary with Shahbagh Police Station over the matter.
Later, a four-member probe committee headed by Additional Secretary of the ministry Md Shah Alam was formed.
The other members are Joint Secretary Md Ahsan Kabir and deputy secretaries Mohammad Abdul Kader and Mollika Khatun.
