RAJUK plot scam: ACC sues SK Sinha

The Anti-Corruption Commission has filed a case against former Chief Justice Surendra Kumar (SK) Sinha for his alleged involvement in plot scam by Rajdhani Unnayan Kartipakkha.

ACC deputy director Gulshan Anwar Pradhan lodged the case with the anti-graft body's Dhaka-1 coordinated district office on Thursday, said ACC public relations office.

The ACC said SK Sinha got an allotment of a plot in Uttara residential area of capital Dhaka. Later, he applied to RAJUK for a plot at Purbachal Residential Model Town in the name of his brother Narendra Kumar Sinha and secured a one of three katha misusing his then power.

The anti-graft body also alleged that the former chief justice transferred the plot from Purbachal to Uttara, and made RAJUK approved it localted at House No. 1/A on Road No. 6 under Sector-4).
