Police have detained five people for disrespecting the national anthem in a Tiktok video.
A team of police led by Jakir Al Ahsan, Sub Inspector of Bagura Sadar Police Station, conducted drives at different parts of Bagura on Tuesday night.
Md Sohel Rana, Assistant Inspector General (Media and Public Relations) of Police Headquarters, confirmed the matter to Jago News.
The detainees are Md Mishkat Hossen, Md Nur-e-Islam Alif, Mehedee Hasan Antor, Alif Ahmed Sujon and Md Arif Ali.
