Noted filmmaker Mostofa Sarwar Farooki has contracted coronavirus days after he had received the virus vaccine.
He himself confirmed the matter in a post from his verified Facebook ID on Saturday morning.
"Positive! Even after following all safety measures strictly! So everyone please take care and keep your spirit high,!" he wrote.
The filmmaker urged people to comply with the health guidelines issued to curb coronavirus spread and told them that they may watch 'Ladies & Gentlemen' in their leisure period.
The first web series, Ladies & Gentlemen, directed by him was released on OTT platform ZEE5 this month.
Afzal Hossain, Tasnia Farin, Hasan Masud, and Iresh Zaker, among others, starred in the drama.
