Nineteen people died at the Corona unit of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) in the last 24 hours. Six of them died of Coronavirus and thirteen others died with its symptoms.
Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani, Director of RMCH, confirmed the deaths to Jago News on Sunday.
Of the deceased, nine were from Rajshahi, six from Natore, two from Naogaon and one each from Pabna and Kushtia, he said.
He also said, 74 people were admitted to the hospital and 61 were discharged in the last 24 hours. 214 Corona patients and 304 with its symptoms are receiving treatments at the hospital.
