Khulna division today reported record 40 deaths from Coronavirus and 1,865 new cases in the last 24 hours.
The death toll now stands at 1,305.
Rasheda Sultana, Director of Divisional Health Directorate, confirmed the deaths to Jago News on Tuesday.
Of the deceased, 14 were from Khulna, 13 from Kushtia, 6 from Jashore, 3 from Meherpur and one each from Jhenaidah, Bagerhat, Satkhira and Chuadanga, according to the health directorate.
Earlier on Monday, Khulna division reported recorded 51 death from Coronavirus and 1,470 new cases.
