Ten more people died at the Corona unit of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) in the last 24 hours. One of those died of Coronavirus and the rest nine died of its symptoms.
Confirming the matter to Jago News, Dr Saiful Ferdous, Deputy Director of RMCH, on Sunday said, the ten people died at different wards of the hospital from 8am on Saturday to 8am on Sunday.
Of the deceased, four are from Rajshahi, four from Natore and two from Chapainawabganj, he said.
He also said, fifty-five people were admitted to the hospital in the last 24 hours and fifty-five others were discharged. 206 Corona patients and 228 others with Corona symptoms are receiving treatment at the hospital.
