Eighteen more people died at the Corona unit of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital in the last 24 hours. Of them, eight people died of Coronavirus and the rest died from its symptoms.
Dr Saiful Ferdours, Deputy Director of RMCH, confirmed the deaths to Jago News on Thursday.
He said, eighteen people died at different wards of RMCH from 8am on Wednesday to 8am on Thursday. Of the deceased, thirteen are from Rajshahi, one from Chapainawabganj and four from Naogaon.
He also said, 54 more people were admitted to the hospital in the last 24 hours. Of them, 43 Corona patients were discharged from the hospital.
