Minister for Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader on Wednesday said a ceiling of personal car against each family has been proposed in the planned road transport law of 2016.The road transport and bridges minister said this in the Jatiya Sangsad while replying to a scripted question from treasury bench member M Abdul Latif of Chittagong.The minister said the draft of Road Transport Law, 2016 is now being finalized for updating the Motor Vehicle Ordinance, 1983.Obaidul Quader said at present the capital Dhaka has 21,771 public transports with route permits.
