Four people were killed in a road accident in Chhagalnaiya Upazila of Feni district on Wednesday noon.
Among the deceased, three were identified as Bibi Hazera, wife of Abdul Gofran, resident of Chandpur village, and Arif, son of Enamul Haque of Katagang village, in the upazila, and Nurul Islam, son of Dorbesh Ali, of Amtoli village under Sakhipur Police Station in Tangail district.
Witnesses said a pickup van rammed into a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Bariapool area, leaving four dead on the spot.
Confirming the matter, Chhagalnaiya Police Station officer in-charge Md Shahidul Islam said the bodies were sent to Feni General Hospital morgue.
