Gobinda Chandra Pramanik, Secretary General of Bangladesh Jatiya Hindu Moha Jote sent a legal notice to Muntassir Mamoon, professor of University of Dhaka, Mohammad Atikullah Khan and Swadesh Roy, Editor and Executive Editor of Dainik Janakantha respectively asking to pay tk 12 crore within seven days.Supreme Court lawyer Afsana Begum, on behalf of Gobinda sent the legal notice by post and asked them to pay the money to avoid case against them.Afsana Begum said Muntassir Mamoon in his column said Gobinda Chandra Pramanik was the religious secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami which was published at the daily.If the trio fails to pay the money within the time, a case will be filed against them, she said.
