Public Administration Minister Syed Ashraful Islam on Tuesday said that the administration has no plan to increase the maximum age for entering government jobs from 30 years.Responding to Sunamganj-5 MP Md Mohibur Rahman’s supplementary question, Ashraful said ‘We want more young people in the jobs of public sector. That’s why we want them to start work after finishing their studies in time.’ He said these while a group of students have been demanding for the past few years for increasing the age limit to 35 years.The maximum age to enter government jobs in Bangladesh was 28 years at first. It was later revised up to 30 years.
