Jatiya Sangsad Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury has received coronavirus vaccine at the house's medical center on Sunday.
After taking the vaccine, she said all people need to be vaccinated as it is completely safe.
The higher officials of the Parliament Secretariat and the medical center physicians were present when she was administered a dose of the vaccine.
Bangladesh on January 27 began coronavirus vaccination programme, and launched the same nationwide on February 7.
